房間設施不是最新的，但是乾淨整潔，沒有異味。酒店的服務人員都很好，前面的沙灘也很棒，步行就到海灘上真的超美。可以請他們送毛毯、飲用水、酒水等，還能送到沙灘上的沙灘椅上還挺好的，如果下次再來的話，我會再定的。

It ‘s a paradise,I have no words to describe how outstanding was my experience in this hotel.starting from the airport,getting on the van,taking a speedboat with a bottle of cold water,when we arrived they danced and gave bracelets and refreshing drinks.a lovely and a warm atmosphere,dance everyday ,smiles,cleaning….a welcoming card and cakes ….breakfast absolutely amazing,you have fruits,bakeries,meat,fish,vegetables,soup,omelettes,local dishes as well.beach is just two steps away ,swimming pool is next to the room.we regret to leave the hotel as we booked other nights in another hotel and can’t cancel it.we will come back again for sure.🥰

We stayed at this beautiful beachfront hotel in Boracay for our anniversary and it was honestly perfect, just steps away from the sand and sunset. The staff surprised us with a complimentary anniversary setup that made the whole stay extra special. From the rose petals to the sweet note and towel swans, everything was done with so much thought. Service was warm, the food was great, and the vibe was peaceful. Truly made our anniversary unforgettable 💕 Highly recommend this place if you’re celebrating something special!

Excellent service. Our room was upgraded. My request to surprise my Mom with a TV monitor greetings was properly executed, my Mowma loved it! All staff are very kind. We were assisted properly. The location is great! The buffet breakfast is good too.

ロケーションはホワイトサンドビーチが目の前で最高です。周辺のショップやレストランも充実してます。ホテル自體は古いですが、スタッフの対応は素晴らしく、全くストレスはありません。だだ、夕方からのレストランでの音楽が、宿泊者には騒音にでした。ブレックファーストのバイキングも隔日で変わり満足するものでした。また、ボラカイを訪れてる方にはオススメできるホテルです。

The experience was superb! We booked two rooms for a three-night stay, and my friend kept praising how excellent the service was. It truly felt like a VIP experience, with staff greeting you warmly every time you entered or left the hotel. The breakfast was also nice. While the choices were the usual, the cakes tasted exceptionally good. We also enjoyed the massage—I tried it twice because it was that good. I truly recommend this hotel and commend the staff for their hospitality. I just hope they maintain the quality of their rooms, which are still in good condition. There were only some rusty spots in the corners of the bathroom—a little retouching would easily fix that. All in all, it was a lovely experience.

第二次入住了，性價比超值，酒店位置絕佳，出門就是沙灘，海景房視野。員工服務特別貼心，幫忙安排各種活動。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適。自助早餐很豐盛。強烈推薦，下次來長灘島還會住這裡！

Our stay in Mandarin hotel was superb! We totally loved the variety of breakfast options. I personally couldn’t get enough of their cinnamon rolls! The access to the beach front and Dmall made it easier to explore the area. The service and hospitality of every staff are commendable. The only minor issue that we experienced was mosquitoes and ants in the room. Just a bit of deep cleaning and fumigation will resolve the issue. Overall, I recommend this place. We will definitely come back!

Their service is excellent from welcoming us and even until after we checked out. Welcome drinks and personalized complementary were nice. Friendly staffs from the lobby, restaurant, and housekeeping. It's clean everywhere.
